I paid for Shipping protection, how do I file a claim?

If you have added Shipping Protection to your order and your package got damaged during shipment, lost by the carrier or stolen, you can file a claim and get a refund for the item(s).

What are the requirements to file a claim?

  • Packages are considered lost once they have been in transit for at least 21 calendar days.
  • Shipping Protection does not cover late packages. Delays can occur for reasons such as Holidays, Pandemics (COVID), and acts of God (weather, natural disasters, etc.). Late packages are expected to be delivered and are not considered lost.
  • Photos of damaged packages or products must be submitted within 5 calendar days of being delivered. Only items with physical damage will be replaced or refunded; for example, we will not be able to replace an entire order if just 1 item is damaged.
  • Stolen packages must be reported within 5 calendar days of being delivered.
