How do I cancel a subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.

1. Login to your customer portal.
2. Click on the Manage Subscriptions link.
3. Click Subscriptions and Edit.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription. If required provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
