How do I update my billing information for my subscription?

Depending on when you subscribed to your coffee subscription you might be presented with one of the two options to upgrade your payment information.

If you subscribed before February 17, 2022, please use the following instructions to update payment information:
Login to the customer portal.

  1. Click on the Manage Subscriptions link.
  2. Click the Payment Methods tab.
  3. Click Add new payment method and enter the payment method details. add_new_payment_method.png
  4. Click the Subscriptions tab and click Edit on the subscription to be updated.
  5. Expand the Shipping and Billing section and click Use this shipping and billing pair to select the new payment method. select_the_new_shipping_and_billing_information.png
  6. Return to the Payment Methods tab, expand the old payment method and click Remove payment method. remove_payment_method_on_the_payment_methods_page.png

If you used PayPal as your payment gateway, you may be able to edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via checkout.

For customers that have signed up for a subscription after February 17, 2002, please follow these instructions to update payment information:

  1. Login to the customer portal.
  2. Click on the Manage Subscriptions link.
  3. Click the Payment Methods tab.
  4. Expand the payment method to be adjusted.
  5. Click Send update email.

If you used PayPal as your payment gateway, you may be able to edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via checkout.
